Director - The Man With No Name

The Man With No Name completed the Bachelor of Film and Television at the Victorian College of The Arts and his graduating film ‘A Life’ won the John Harrison Award for best
screenplay. ‘A-Life’ screened at numerous international film festivals including Interfilm Berlin, as well as being bought by the Sci Fi channel in the USA where it screened alongside
short films by directors such as George Lucas and Alex Proyas on ‘Exposure: The Future of Film’.

The Man With No Name works as an editor for television, music videos and commercials to support his passion for directing. He recently completed work for Baz Luhrmann on a documentary about the making of Lurhmann’s Chanel commercial starring Nicole Kidman. Most recently, he has completed a new 35mm short film ‘Thorns’. The Man With No Name is currently developing several feature concepts.

Producer – Darren McFarlane

Darren McFarlane is a PhD graduate with over seven years experience in the film industry. He has worked extensively on commercials and feature film projects. Darren produced the short film trailer "Saw" with filmmaker Leigh Whannell which went on to be made into a feature in Hollywood and become a worldwide sensation at the box office. After completing work on the US feature ‘Charlotte's Web’, Darren has started working as the production manager on the Film Victoria and AFC funded short "William".
